Data we collect

Name, company, role, email address and what you write in the form. We do not collect card details.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the information to respond to your enquiry and prepare an agreement. The basis is our legitimate interest in business contact.

Retention period

We keep data only as long as it is needed:

• Contact details are retained while the dialogue is ongoing and deleted afterwards.
• Partner user accounts (name, email, role) are retained while the agreement is in force and deleted when it ends.
• Raw data from a review is deleted 30 days after the review is closed, unless the partner agreement states otherwise.
• Results, discrepancy lists and issued attestations are retained for up to seven years, so that an attestation can be verified afterwards. They contain no card numbers.

Recipients and location

The data is processed within the EU by our hosting and tool providers. We never sell data to others.

Your rights

You have the right to request access, rectification, erasure and restriction, and to object to processing. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection.
