Below is what we actually do today. We do not refer to certifications we do not hold.
- EU hosting
- Records and reports are stored and processed within the EU.
- Data minimisation
- We use only the fields needed for the comparison. Card numbers are removed when a file is read in.
- Data processing agreement
- We sign a data processing agreement before a review starts and follow the partner's instructions.
- Raw data deletion
- Raw data is deleted 30 days after the review is closed.
- Partners kept apart
- Each partner's data is stored separately. One partner can never see another partner's files or results.
- Easy to exit
- Nothing is installed in the partner's systems. When the agreement ends, the partner stops sending files and raw data is deleted within 30 days.
